1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and all related jilpark policies:

• "Platform" means the jilpark website accessible at jilpark.net, including all sub-pages, game interfaces, wallet systems, promotional pages, and support channels operated by jilpark.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the jilpark Platform, through which the Player accesses games, manages funds, and participates in promotions.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who has registered an Account on the jilpark Platform and is using or accessing the Platform's services.
• "jilpark" or "We" or "Us" means the operator of the jilpark online gaming platform serving the Philippine market.
• "Funds" means any monetary balance held within a Player's jilpark Wallet, including deposited amounts, winnings, and bonus credits where applicable.
• "Bonus Credits" means non-withdrawable promotional funds credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and specific promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total betting turnover a Player must complete before Bonus Credits or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" means the identity and age verification process jilpark applies to Player Accounts in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the jilpark Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the jilpark Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and jilpark with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind, whether written or oral.

jilpark reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilpark will notify Players via the Platform or by email to the address registered on the Account. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the jilpark Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine law governing online gambling activities. By registering an Account, you warrant and represent that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The jilpark Platform is operated for and directed at residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or requires a local licence not held by jilpark do so at their own risk and in violation of these terms. jilpark reserves the right to restrict or block access from any jurisdiction at its discretion.

3.3 Exclusion List

Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from jilpark or have been placed on a self-exclusion list are not eligible to create a new Account or use the Platform during the period of their exclusion. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new Account is a breach of these terms and may result in permanent exclusion and forfeiture of any associated Funds.

3.4 Employees and Associates

Employees, directors, officers, and contractors of jilpark, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not permitted to hold Player Accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To use the jilpark Platform, you must register a Player Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, valid email address, and mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate at all times.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) jilpark Account only. The registration of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these terms. jilpark employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate Accounts and will take enforcement action accordingly.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. jilpark strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account. You agree to notify jilpark support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. jilpark will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

jilpark may, at its discretion and as required by applicable regulations, request that you complete a KYC verification process before deposits, withdrawals, or certain Account features are made available. Acceptable identity documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's Licence, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PRC ID, or Voter's ID. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by jilpark may result in Account suspension or withdrawal restriction.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jilpark currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, Coins.ph, and USDT (TRC-20 network). All PHP-denominated transactions are processed in Philippine Peso. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for each payment method are displayed within the jilpark Wallet section.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to the jilpark Wallet in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking business day to reflect in the Player's Account. jilpark is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance windows.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by jilpark during standard operating hours. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within ten (10) minutes of request approval under normal conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) banking business days. jilpark reserves the right to perform additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, and to delay or withhold a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms is suspected.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• The Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit into the same Account, or to an Account verified as belonging to the registered Player.
• Funds originating from Bonus Credits are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• jilpark does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed within the jilpark Wallet section and is subject to change with reasonable notice.

5.5 Currency

All Account balances, game stakes, winnings, and transaction amounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless a specific game or promotion explicitly states otherwise. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction confirmation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

jilpark offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the point of offer and to these general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Credits are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from Bonus Credits may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Stakes placed on certain game types — including live casino, table games, and specific slot titles — may contribute differently to wagering requirements, as specified in each promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

jilpark reserves the right to withhold, forfeit, or reclaim any Bonus Credits and associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed solely to complete wagering requirements, using betting patterns that jilpark considers to be in bad faith, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

6.4 Promotion Availability

Promotions are available for a limited time and to eligible Players only. jilpark reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for recreational Players and jilpark reserves the right to limit or exclude any Player from a promotion without explanation.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the jilpark Platform — including JILI slots, live casino tables, bingo, sabong, Monster Mine, and sports betting — operate in accordance with the individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.

7.1 Random Number Generation

All electronic games on the jilpark Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems to ensure outcomes are statistically random and independent of any previous result. RNG systems used by jilpark's game providers are tested and certified by independent third-party testing laboratories in accordance with industry standards.

7.2 Return to Player (RTP)

Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published by the respective game providers and are available within individual game information panels. RTPs represent the long-term statistical payout of a game and do not guarantee results in any individual gaming session.

7.3 Malfunctions and Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, communication failure, or game display error, jilpark reserves the right to void any wagers or winnings that were affected by the error. jilpark will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Players and restore Account balances to the state prior to the error where technically feasible. Malfunction voids all pays and play.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilpark Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine legal authorities:

1. Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account policy.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
3. Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these terms.
4. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
5. Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live casino and poker-style games.
6. Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors in sports betting markets for financial gain — all such transactions will be voided.
7. Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
8. Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit transaction with your bank or payment provider in bad faith while retaining winnings derived from those funds.
9. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by local law.
10. Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilpark staff or other Players through any communication channel.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the jilpark Platform — including but not limited to the jilpark brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to jilpark and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, recreational gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jilpark content without prior written consent from jilpark.

Game content — including titles, artwork, audio, and mechanics — is owned by the respective third-party game providers (including JILI Games and other suppliers) and is licensed to jilpark for distribution on the Platform. All rights reserved by the respective rights holders.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilpark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if jilpark has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jilpark's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

jilpark makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jilpark shall not be liable for any loss arising from scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party payment processor failures, telecommunications network outages, or any event beyond jilpark's reasonable control.

11 Privacy & Data

jilpark collects, processes, and stores personal data about Players in accordance with the jilpark Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an Account, you consent to jilpark processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The information collected during registration and KYC verification is used for Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and to personalise your Platform experience. jilpark does not sell or rent Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Responsible Gaming

jilpark is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help Players maintain control of their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account to control their spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through jilpark support. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during a session.
• Account Closure: Players may permanently close their Account at any time by contacting jilpark support.

jilpark strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and conducts ongoing monitoring to identify at-risk gaming behaviour. 13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by jilpark

jilpark reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jilpark reasonably suspects: a breach of these Terms & Conditions; fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity; an incomplete or failed KYC verification; a potential money laundering risk; or any activity that jilpark determines poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.

13.2 Termination by jilpark

jilpark may permanently close a Player Account, and forfeit any remaining balance, where it determines in its sole discretion that the Player has materially breached these terms, has provided false identity information, or has engaged in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8 of these Terms. jilpark will provide written notice of permanent closure where legally required to do so.

13.3 Termination by Player

You may close your jilpark Account at any time by contacting support at support@jilpark.net. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending withdrawal holds or bonus conditions) will be returned to you via your preferred verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Accounts that are under active fraud investigation cannot be closed until the investigation is concluded.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jilpark reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made for any reason, including but not limited to: changes in applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations; changes to Platform features or payment methods; updates to responsible gaming standards; or corrections to ambiguous or inaccurate provisions.

When changes are made, the updated Terms & Conditions will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, jilpark will endeavour to notify registered Players via the email address on their Account or via an in-Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.3.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the jilpark Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting jilpark support. jilpark will endeavour to respond to and resolve all Player disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent jilpark from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its rights or interests.
